Chapter 1: Wrath and EnvyViolet eyes casted over the empty streets. It looked like some kind of western film, the kind with the whole, small desert town deserted. It seemed not even the wind wanted to blow; the quiet was too intense to interrupt. The only difference between a western movie and this though, were the bodies on the ground. FMA- New Generation- PrologThis place was so.. barren. It was a small village at the border of the desert that separated Xing from Amestris. Though it seemed poor, there were quite a number of people here. The ground was all but dirt, and the homes were made of either wood or dried up mud; though, the mudd houses weren't very many. And on this particular day, the town looked depressing. Even the weather helped with that outlook; the skies were a soft grey, though no rain was falling.
